The owners, a delightful couple, were incredibly welcoming and offered personalized touches that made my stay more enjoyable. I opted for an apartment featuring a cozy sitting area and essential kitchen utensils, allowing for a comfortable environment for myself. The free toiletries were a nice addition, as was the flat-screen TV for some quiet evenings. While the location is stunning, surrounded by natural wonders perfect for hiking and cycling, the true value lies in the experience offered. Rather than splurging on clinical luxury at larger hotels, I found that Casa Bethona provides a serene ambiance at a reasonable cost. The hospitality here is genuine, and for those reflecting on balance in travel, this guest house is a noteworthy choice in the realm of luxury versus value. I'd certainly consider returning.
